Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and acquire new customers for microfinance loan products.
2. Promote and sell microfinance loan products to eligible customers.
3. Conduct field visits to identify potential customers.
4. Explain loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms and eligibility criteria.
5. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
6. Collect customer KYC documents and complete loan applications.
7. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
8. Follow up on loan repayments and maintain customer relationships.
9. Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.




- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with sales, field sales, banking or finance experience preferred.
