Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager oversees Project Managers and monitors the health of their assigned

product workflows from intake through completion. The role reviews project materials with Project

Managers, identifies gaps and questions, and tracks schedules, project notes, and budget status. The

Senior Project Manager flags concerns to the CLS and leads root cause analysis and the identification of

corrective and preventive actions for project-related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee Project Managers and their assigned product workflows from intake through

completion.

- Review project materials with Project Managers and identify gaps or questions.
- Audit project health to ensure projects are on track.
- Track schedules, maintain project notes, flag concerns to the CLS, and monitor and report

budget status.

- Identify root causes and corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for project-related

issues.
