About the Role:
We are looking for an dynamic IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team at Orcapod. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT staffing, specifically focusing on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) models, and can work efficiently in a fully remote workplace.Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various niche IT requirements.
- C2H Focus: Actively work on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions with strict timelines and quick closures.
- Sourcing & Screening: Source high-quality technical profiles using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and boolean strings.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screening rounds to assess technical alignment, communication skills, and notice period.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with account managers
Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of core experience in IT Recruitment (Consulting/Staffing agency experience is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT skills (Java, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, Full Stack, etc.).
- Communication: Strong communication, convincing, and salary negotiation skills.
