### About RCI

Rohilkhand Cancer Institute is a *200-bedded tertiary cancer hospital* on the Rohilkhand Medical College/Bareilly International University campus, Bareilly. RCI provides surgical oncology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, nuclear medicine and palliative care, with more than *1,000 major surgeries annually, 500 chemotherapy sessions monthly and approximately 100 radiotherapy sessions daily*.

We are hiring field-oriented PROs to build professional relationships with doctors, clinics and hospitals across Bareilly and neighbouring towns.

### Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes and hospitals within the assigned territory.

- Explain RCI’s services, consultant availability and appointment process accurately.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors.

- Coordinate patient enquiries and appointments with RCI’s referral coordinator.

- Arrange consultant introductions,



hospital visits and academic meetings.

- Maintain an updated doctor directory, daily visit records and follow-up plans.

- Collect feedback from doctors and help resolve coordination issues.

- Submit regular reports to the Doctor Relations & Outreach Manager.

### Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Preferably *1–5 years of field experience* in hospital outreach, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostics or healthcare marketing.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Good spoken Hindi; working knowledge of English.

- Familiarity with Bareilly and nearby healthcare markets preferred.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and basic reporting tools.

- Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

- Qualified conduct and respect for patient confidentiality.
