Job Overview

We are seeking a Video Editor with a robust portfolio, AI proficiency, and a sharp creative eye. Your primary focus will be creating social media reels and other marketing assets.You will create trendy, internet-native reels for a range of platforms, supporting our UGC

content pipeline. The role focuses on Western markets across a variety of niches. You should be able to deliver at least one finished reel per day.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (Primary Focus):•

- Run a fast-paced post-production process without sacrificing quality, delivering aminimum of one reel per day.
- Edit in any NLE of your choice (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Use visual storytelling to stitch footage together into compelling stories.
- Shape the look and feel of footage through color correction, motion, and effects.
- Have working knowledge of AI content generation tools.

Other Skills:•

- File organization skills that make project collaboration easy.




- Strong ideation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong familiarity with Western, particularly US and UK, culture, humor, and internet trends.

- A Strong Editing Portfolio: A standout reel portfolio with a sharp sense of humor and a strong eye for pacing, layout, typography, and color. We want to see that you can make funny, entertaining reels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with media file types, systems, and editing workflows.
- Video Editing: Proficiency in any NLE, with a solid understanding of pacing,transitions, and sound mixing.
- Attention to Detail: Careful attention to alignment, spacing, and on-screen text.
- Professionalism: A strong communicator who can take creative direction, handle feedback well, and juggle multiple edits in a structured startup environment.
