Position: Beauty Advisor

Job Summary

Purplle is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join its upcoming store at Pampakuda. The candidate should have an interest in beauty, makeup, skincare and cosmetics, along with valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.
2. Recommend suitable makeup, skincare and personal care products.
3. Demonstrate product features and explain product benefits.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
5. Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and product availability.
8. Support billing, stock management and daily store operations.

Eligibility Criteria





- Age: Below 30 years.
- Qualification: Plus Two / Graduation preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in cosmetics, makeup and skincare.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics or salon industry will be an advantage.

- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Rotational shifts.
