We are hiring a performance-driven Team Lead to manage daily workflow and team performance for our international Visa support process. You will oversee inbound voice and email queues and ensure strict adherence to contractual SLAs.

Required Candidate profile

1 to 3 years total, with 12 to 18 months as a Team Lead, Assistant Team Lead, SME, or Senior Executive handling team responsibilities.
