Role & responsibilities

1. Proficient in SolidWorks, UG, or Catia with minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical product designing.
2. Lead the design, modeling, and integration of complex electromechanical systems, PCBA enclosures, and cabling assemblies.
3. Ability to manage the entire design process from concept to DVT stage, adhering to first principles of design methodology.
4. Capable of technically project managing multiple projects, demonstrating solid communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Sound knowledge of technical calculations relevant to Mechanical engineering, with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
6. Demonstrates a strong drive to excel within the scope of work and is willing to go the extra mile, including travel when required.
7. Working knowledge of DFMEA.
8. Familiar with ECN and ECR processes.
9.



Proficient in using Team Center for product lifecycle management.
10. Effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

Desired Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years experience in Electro-Mechanical Design.
- Hands on experience in Solid works Sheet metal, cable harness, Complex Assemblies & Drawings creation
- Hands-on experience in Team Centre, BOM creation, ECN, ECR (preferred or required).
- Basic Knowledge in Manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector a plus.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills, with experience producing clear engineering documentation.
