Role & Responsibilities

1. Handle travel enquiries, understand client requirements, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
2. Prepare customised domestic and international travel itineraries and quotations.
3. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability targets.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements and excellent customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline; Travel & Tourism qualification is an added advantage.
2. 1-4 years of experience in travel sales or the hospitality industry preferred. Freshers with solid sales skills can apply.
3. Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
4. Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, holiday packages, and travel planning.
5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with calling and regular lead follow-ups.
