About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to engage healthcare professionals through virtual channels by delivering approved scientific information, building lasting professional relationships, and supporting ongoing medical education initiatives. The role combines scientific communication, structured follow-up, and high standards of compliance in a digital engagement environment.

What You Will Do

HCP Engagement

You will:

- Conduct structured virtual interactions with healthcare professionals through phone calls.
- Build and nurture long-term qualified relationships with assigned HCPs.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to strengthen engagement and address HCP requirements.

Scientific Communication

You will:

- Share approved scientific and educational content in a compliant manner.
- Support healthcare professionals with relevant scientific information and facilitate resolution of medical queries through internal medical teams when required.

Operations & Documentation





You will:

- Maintain accurate records of all HCP interactions in the CRM system.
- Complete documentation and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders to support program execution.

Compliance & Quality

You will:

- Ensure every interaction adheres to company SOPs, pharmacovigilance requirements, and applicable compliance guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality, and documentation across all interactions.

What We Are Looking For Experience

- Experience in inside sales, product sales, SaaS sales, or a similar sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of handling calls, building rapport, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfort engaging with senior professionals and decision-makers, including doctors.
