- Contribute in designing study outline, lab manual and protocol development and study strategy.
- Serve as central P.I.
- Training the team and site on protocol and processes.
- Patient eligibility review and medical monitoring.
- Answer medical queries from sites or project team.
- Review AE and SAE.
- Medical training and medical support.
- Attend, and present Protocol and study insights in investigator meetings
- Review Investigator's Brochure, and Technical Dossier.
- Lead / Guide and train the team on clinical & and medical aspects.
- Recruitment, selection, and training of team.
- Conduct feasibility with labs and diagnostic centers

Pre-requisites for - Clinical Development:

- MBBS with knowledge of Clinical Research / Medical & Scientific / Writing





- Minimum 0-1 year of total experience in Project Management, Clinical development Medical Writing in Clinical Research.

- Understanding of Valuable Clinical Practice, Clinical Trial Design.

- Relevant background to understand and analyse human physiology.

- Good project management & communication skills.

- Willingness to act accountably in project/trial management.

- Presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
