Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates and salary expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- 14 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Positive understanding of US IT technologies and job requirements.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and C2H hiring models.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
