Minimum 2 HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation Experience in UK region

- Hands on experience in Implementation, Support, Roll-out & upgrade project in HR space
- This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
- Having a good skill in gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements, writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
- Experience on quarterly patch testing, release as part of product.
- HCM Cloud Certification

Positive-to-Have

- Knowledge on any other Technical like HCM Extract, HDL
- Experience in Core HR, Benefit and H&A; modules
