We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team!!

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Deputy Manager / Operations Manager role.
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is mandatory.
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of process management, operational metrics, and performance improvement.
- Ability to drive targets, manage stakeholders, and handle large teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates only.
- Candidates currently working as Deputy Manager, or Operations Manager.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in handling client escalations, team performance, and process improvements.
