Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and review balance sheets, general ledgers, and fixed asset accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and month-end reporting.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in senior-level accounting roles within an IT services or consulting firm.
- Solid expertise in fixed asset accounting, general ledger management, and month-end reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing complex journal entries, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
