- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise building projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Primavera P6 software to manage resources, track progress, and identify potential issues proactively addressing them.
- Provide expert guidance on commercial building design principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements :

- 14-20 years of experience in construction planning or a related field.
- Solid understanding of commercial buildings' design requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in using Primavera P6 for project management purposes.
