JobResponsibilities

- CustomerAcquisition Minimum of 1 Cr. - 5 Cr and above investable surplus

- FinancialPlanning (FP) and Portfolio Services

- Executionof transactions post FP and on periodical basis

- ManagePrivate Wealth, PMS and AIF fund related queries

- Ensuredelivery of various MIS reports as per requirements

- Todevelop short term and long term sales strategies for the WM business in linewith the overall strategic goals of the organization

- Toestablish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality controland productive customer service delivery

- Ensurediscipline of asset allocation

- Achievea balance of revenue streams through sale of MF which will build a steadyannuity flow and through all other asset class

- Todrive strong client servicing and client engagement parameters, to enhancemarket credibility and deliver superior value proposition

- Continuouslearning, to be better equipped than our competitors

- Toclosely observe, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolioallocations and ensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters aslaid down by Risk, Compliance and Research Teams





- Toensure adherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines andRisk Policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-sellinginstances

- Tocontinuously scan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or anynew development or business opportunities for WM
