About the Role

We are looking for Sales Agents to help individuals and families choose suitable life insurance plans based on their financial needs and budgets. The role involves meeting prospective customers, explaining insurance products, following up on enquiries and assisting customers throughout the policy purchase process.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for candidates with prior experience in life insurance sales who are looking to continue or grow their careers in the industry. Candidates with experience in banking, financial services or other sales roles are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach prospective customers through referrals, personal networks, local contacts and company-provided leads, where available.
- Meet customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Explain policy benefits, premium amounts, policy terms, exclusions and other important conditions clearly to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers, address their queries and assist them with completing applications and purchasing policies.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and assist them with policy servicing, renewals and other requirements.




- Collect and verify application details and supporting documents to ensure accurate policy submissions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales enquiries and policies sold.
- Work towards assigned sales targets while following company procedures and applicable insurance regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as life insurance sales agents or advisors.
- Candidates with experience in sales, banking, financial services or other customer-facing roles will also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain insurance products clearly to customers.
- Willingness to meet prospective customers in person and travel locally as required.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications for customer interactions and sales documentation.
