Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage store operations and sales performance across the assigned region.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, team productivity and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor and manage Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, brand standards and SOP compliance.
- Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide on-ground support to teams.
- Coordinate with senior management to implement business strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 23 years of experience in an ASM / Area Sales role.
- Experience in Retail, Beauty, Hair Care, Wellness or Lifestyle brands preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Robust understanding of retail operations and sales KPIs.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
