Job Title: Associate Manager Educational Programs

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Associate Manager to implement and monitor DMart Foundations educational programs in Municipal Corporation schools. You will work closely with teachers, supervisors, and local authorities to drive grassroots impact.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor educational programs in schools.
- Guide supervisors and teachers with classroom activities and learning sessions.
- Conduct regular school visits to observe classes, assess impact, and provide feedback.
- Maintain program records and handle basic data (attendance, resource usage, feedback).
- Escalate daily challenges to the Mumbai-based program team.
- Assist in conducting periodic training sessions.




- Build relationships with school and municipal education authorities.
- Provide insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate/Post-graduate in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in the education sector (fellowships, academic coordination, or NGO work preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi with working knowledge of English.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with basic data management.
- Open to travel as required.
