Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure benefits plans, programs, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment rules.
- Manage compensation processes, including salary basis, grades, salary ranges, and compensation plans.
- Configure Workforce Compensation plans, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.
- Support annual compensation cycles, merit increases, bonuses, and salary revisions.
- Handle integrations with Payroll, Core HR, and other HCM modules.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and resolve functional issues.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues.Role & responsibilities
