Head Production will be responsible for end-to-end operations of a 120 KLPD grain-based ethanol plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency, process safety, quality compliance, and cost control. The role requires strong technical expertise in ethanol manufacturing and leadership capability to manage plant operations seamlessly.
Preferred candidate profile
- 18+ years of experience in ethanol/distillery operations /Speciality Chemicals/Agro Chemicals
- Must be B.E/B.Tech(Chemical)
- Robust knowledge of fermentation, distillation.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale plants
- Leadership experience in managing teams and plant operations.
- Familiarity with safety standards, pollution control, and compliance norms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
