Job Title: Azure Cloud Operations Engineer L3

Overview

We are seeking experienced Cloud Operations Engineer L3 to support and operate Client’s Azure workplace while contributing to ongoing cloud migration initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Azure operations, production support, automation, and migration activities rather than architecture or transformation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain Azure infrastructure including Compute, Networking, Security, and Storage.
- Manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Support Azure DevOps pipelines, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
- Assist with migration of workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.
- Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python scripting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure services.
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management experience.




- Cloud operations and production support experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Highly Desirable

- Azure migration project experience.
- Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python).
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) support experience.
- Experience supporting internal or managed service customers.

Nice to Have

- Azure Landing Zones, Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework.
- Azure Web Application Firewall(WAF), Private Networking, and Private DNS Resolver.
- RBAC, Azure Policy, and governance controls.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering tools.
