Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver training programs for students on overseas education, career counseling, soft skills, behavioral training, leadership development, and corporate training.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance on academic planning and growth opportunities.
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate student progress and identify areas of improvement in communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate TNI (Training Needs Identification) into the curriculum.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in education counseling or a related field.
- Strong expertise in behavioural training, career counselling, corporate training, leadership training, OJT (On-the-Job Training), TTT (Train-the-Trainer).
- Proven track record of designing effective training programs that drive results.
