About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) from the Retail Industry, preferably with experience in Luxury Jewellery or Premium Retail. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and driving HR strategies, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with retail business leaders and store management teams on HR-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple retail locations.
- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations.
- Manage performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Monitor attrition, workforce productivity, and employee satisfaction.




- Drive learning and development initiatives for frontline retail employees.
- Conduct regular store visits and address HR challenges at the ground level.
- Desired Candidate Profile

- 7–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Retail Industry.
- Experience in Luxury Jewellery, Premium Retail, or Lifestyle Retail will be preferred.
- Solid experience in Retail HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
- Experience handling multiple stores and frontline employees.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Male candidates preferred.
