Job Summary
We are looking for a aws Production Support with robust experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with aws ,Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for aws-based applications
- Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
- Work on deployment support and release activities
- Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
- Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime
