Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Talent Recruiter with around 1.5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening based on skills, experience, communication, notice period, location, and CTC.
- Shortlist and share relevant profiles with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Support offer negotiation, documentation, offer acceptance, and joining follow-up.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment TAT.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to close positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Mandatory Skills

- Around 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Valuable understanding of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ATS / recruitment trackers.
