Collection Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting overdue payments, reducing delinquency, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for EMI/outstanding payments.
- Achieve collection and recovery targets.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues.
- Update collection records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective recovery.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery, Banking, or NBFC.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collections.
