### Roles & Responsibilities

* Connect with potential customers through **outbound calls** and understand their requirements.

* Handle and follow up on **sales leads** to convert prospects into customers.

* Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and explaining relevant products/services.

* Effectively communicate the **value proposition** and assist customers in making informed decisions.

* Address customer queries and challenges by providing **suitable and timely solutions**.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads throughout the sales cycle.

* Work towards achieving **individual sales, conversion and revenue targets**.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Update and manage lead/customer information accurately.

* Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business and sales objectives.

Comfortable working 6 days a week, with one weeday off.

Candidates with 12th pass, graduation.
