Job Responsibility:

- Identify and acquire new hotel/property opportunities in UK markets.
- Engaging with UK owners and agents;
- Conduct market research and evaluate properties based on business viability, location, competition, and growth potential.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, and broker channels.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and business agreements with property owners.
- Manage the end-to-end property acquisition process, from lead generation and initial discussions to negotiations, deal closure, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Business teams for smooth property onboarding.
- Prepare business proposals, commercial evaluations, and feasibility assessments for potential properties.
- Track the acquisition pipeline, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to overall portfolio growth and revenue targets.
