Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for direct clients through various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement statistics.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in US IT staffing or related field (Opt Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of W2 compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
