Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Introduce Geany Softech and its services, including AI, IoT and Custom Software Development.
- Identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Explain basic product and service offerings to prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the Business Development Team.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Update daily call reports and lead status.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
