Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures at project sites.

Inspect incoming materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks during project execution.

Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.

Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, inspection reports, and quality records.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Identify quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.

Conduct inspections of structural, civil, mechanical, fabrication, erection, and finishing works, as applicable.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.





Monitor material testing and maintain relevant test reports and inspection records.

Assist in preparation and closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure proper documentation of quality-related activities and maintain project quality files.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field (B.Tech/B.E civil degree required).
- Solid understanding of construction site operations, including materials science, mechanics, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
