Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Customer Support Executives to handle inbound/outbound customer interactions and provide excellent service while resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer s, s, or chats professionally

Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Document customer interactions in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills (English Hindi Regional language)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, CRM tools)

Active listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

Prior BPO Center experience (optional)

Experience in voice or non-voice processes

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
