1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities for façade and construction projects.
2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
3. Procure materials such as aluminium sections, glass, ACP sheets, hardware, structural steel, sealants, and accessories.
4. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and finalize purchase orders.
5. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
6. Coordinate with project, design, accounts, stores, and site execution teams.
7. Monitor purchase budgets and control material costs.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
9. Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, pending materials, and payments.
10. Ensure quality standards and specifications are met before material procurement.
11. Handle vendor negotiations, rate contracts, and payment terms.
12. Maintain purchase records,



MIS reports, and vendor databases.
13. Resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and supplier-related issues.
14. Ensure proper inventory planning and avoid excess or unnecessary stock.

- Preferred Candidate ProfileB.E./B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement.
- Experience in façade, glass, aluminium, or construction industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, ACP, hardware, and construction materials.
- Valuable negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
