Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Designer to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, proficiency in design software, and the ability to coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed MEP layouts, drawings, and technical documentation for building projects.

Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting layouts as per project requirements.

Prepare 2D drawings,



shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and coordinated layouts.

Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.

Perform basic design calculations, load calculations, and equipment sizing as required.

Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other design team members.

Revise drawings based on client comments, site requirements, and design changes.

Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, equipment schedules, and technical submittals.

Support site teams by resolving design-related technical queries.

Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and documentation as per project standards.
