Inside Sales Team Leader (Female Candidates Only)

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month in hand plus Incentives

Experience: 3+ Years of exp in Sales is must

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team.
- Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and deal closures.
- Train team members and improve their sales performance.
- Drive sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.

Requirements:

- Female candidates only.
- 3+ years of relevant Sales, Team Leading experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
