Associate Dentist —SmileWorx is looking for a skilled, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing clinic. We follow an ethical, evidence-based, and esthetic dentistry approach, with a strong focus on honest diagnosis, clear patient communication, and high-quality treatment outcomes. - Key responsibilities conduct thorough clinical examinations, make sound diagnoses, and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform basic dental procedures confidently, including scaling, fillings/restorations, root canal treatment, extractions where competent, and management of common dental conditions.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, costs, risks, and alternatives clearly to patients.
- Handle patient consultations professionally and convert genuine treatment needs through ethical case presentation—not overselling.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, follow sterilization and infection-control protocols, and support smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate and cross-refer appropriately with our Wellness division (hair and skin) and in-house specialists when clinically relevant.
- Work collaboratively with the team,



accept feedback and constructive criticism positively, and continuously improve clinical and communication skills.
- What we are looking for BDS with valid registration; 0–3 years of clinical experience preferred, but fresh graduates with robust fundamentals may apply.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, treatment planning, and basic procedures.
- Good communication skills, patient empathy, and a professional appearance.
- Interest in esthetic dentistry, patient conversion, and comprehensive care.
- Willingness to learn, follow clinic protocols, and grow with the SmileWorx team.
