1. Supervise daily interior design and execution activities at the project site.
2. Understand and implement 2D drawings, 3D designs, working drawings, and layouts.
3. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil contractors, and other site workers.
4. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
5. Check measurements and ensure accurate execution of furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements.
6. Conduct regular quality checks on materials, finishes, and workmanship.
7. Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for necessary modifications.
8. Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.
9. Coordinate material requirements, delivery schedules, and site inventory.
10. Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
11. Handle client site visits and communicate project progress professionally.
12. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the project site.
