Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Senior Finance Executive to handle core accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, and financial reporting.

- Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
- Experience: 3 – 6 Years
- Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com
- Industry Preference: Retail / Manufacturing / Corporate / FMCG
- Key Responsibilities Accounting & General Ledger: Oversee day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger reconciliations.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely calculation, filing, and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B matching) and TDS returns.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Manage daily bank reconciliations (BRS), vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and monitor operating cash flows.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;), expense analysis reports, balance sheet schedules,



and MIS dashboards for management.
- Audits & Finalization: Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for year-end book closure, tax audits, and compliance checks.
- Vendor & Billing Management: Reconcile vendor ledgers, verify purchase invoices, solve discrepancy issues, and manage debit/credit notes.
- Requirements & Skills3+ years of proven hands-on experience in corporate accounting, GST, and TDS compliances.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST laws, and TDS provisions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in numbers, and strong communication skills.
