Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in achieving business and revenue targets. The role involves managing sales activities, guiding the sales team, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with Marketing,



Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipelines, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of sales executives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and business-growth objectives.
- RequirementsGraduate in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with good team-management abilities.
