2. Analyze customer income, bank statements, CIBIL reports, and repayment capacity.
3. Handle all types of loan cases.
4. Coordinate with DSA partners, channel partners, sales teams, and banks/NBFCs.
5. Ensure proper documentation and eligibility checks for loan applications.
6. Follow up with banks/NBFCs regarding login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
7. Identify documentation gaps and resolve credit-related queries.
8. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on case status.
9. Ensure compliance with lender policies and credit guidelines.
10. Support the team in achieving monthly loan processing and disbursement targets.
