SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend customers visiting the service center.

- Understand customer vehicle complaints and requirements.

- Prepare job cards and explain service-related work.

- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle servicing and repairs.

- Provide regular service updates to customers.

- Explain repair estimates and billing details.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma (Minimum).

- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Service Advisor.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and maintenance.

- Freshers are not eligible.
