We are hiring a result-oriented Sales Assistant Manager-

Key Responsibilities-

Lead the sales team and achieve business target.

Monitor daily sales performance and productivity

Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Motivate and guide team members.

Track sales report and conversion rates.

Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager on paper is mandatory.

Robust sales and team management experience.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.

Immediate joiners preferred.
