Job Description: Field Marketing Executive – Gemstones (B2B Sales)

Salary: 17000 - 25000 [Fixed salary] + incentives utp 20000 per month + travel allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, relationship-focused Field Marketing Executive to grow our B2B gemstone business. You will meet astrologers, jewellers and gemstone retailers, introduce our products, develop long-term trade relationships and help generate sales across your assigned territory.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach astrologers, jewellers, gemstone retailers and other potential trade customers.
- Make in-person visits, present gemstone collections and explain product details, pricing and available services.
- Generate leads, arrange appointments, follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Build lasting relationships with existing clients and develop repeat and referral business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the company’s range.
- Share product catalogues, prices and promotional material with prospective customers.
- Gather market feedback on customer needs,



competitor activity and local pricing.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales using the company’s reporting system.
- Meet agreed monthly targets for customer visits, lead generation and sales.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers in person and building professional relationships.
- Valuable understanding of the local market; fluency in Hindi and the relevant local language is preferred.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills for messaging, reporting and maintaining customer records.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
