Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive/Specialist who can plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for international markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international business, global customer engagement, and email marketing strategies, preferably in the e-commerce or jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting international audiences.
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Develop strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and customer databases.
- Create engaging email content and coordinate with the design and content teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Implement email automation,



customer journeys, and follow-up campaigns.
- Understand international customer behaviour, market trends, and communication preferences.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Email Marketing.
- Prior experience working with international markets or international business is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce email marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and content-writing skills.

Preferred CandidateSomeone who has managed email marketing campaigns for international customers, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, or other global markets.
