- Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Move materials, goods, and equipment within the factory.
- Support machine operators and production staff.
- Pack, label, and arrange finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the workplace.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Help with basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Report damaged materials or equipment to supervisors.
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Basic education preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift materials.
- Hardworking, honest, and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Previous factory experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
