About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle our daily financial transactions and keep our records organized. In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, assist with routine tax compliance, and ensure our financial operations run smoothly. You will be a key part of our team, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with management to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping: Record sales, purchases, payments, and receipts accurately in the accounting software.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Manage daily bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash balances.
- Receivables & Payables: Track vendor invoices, process timely payments, and follow up on outstanding customer bills.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing routine GST and TDS returns.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain clean physical and digital records of all financial transactions.
- Audit Support: Organize financial files and data to assist internal teams or external auditors during routine reviews.
