We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

This role is purely focused on HR Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned job openings.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.





- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
