Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services, providing software demonstrations, following up with customers, and converting potential leads into paying customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Explain our Bulk SMS, Bulk RCS, WhatsApp API, Voice SMS, and software development services.
- Provide online demonstrations of our software panels and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convince prospective customers to purchase our services and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers for sales conversion and payment collection.




- Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-up schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and explaining software products.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude towards sales.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales will be an added advantage.
